The hotel location was excellent which is filho de itamar serpa close to República or Anhangabau metro station, rooms were on the large size, great buffet breakfast and staff were very friendly despite my non-existent Brazilian Portuguese but staff made a good attempt at speaking English. Due to hotel location it can be noisy when carnival is in full swing.
